In west Philadelphia, Yao was not raised

But apparently the Rockets’ 7-6 center has a thing for Nia Long, an actress perhaps best known for her work on “Fresh Prince of Bel Air” (that is, of course, unless you’re a fan of the Big Momma movies). Hey, she shares a birthday with RandBall, though she’s six years older. Annnnnyway, Yao is smitten with the 5-2 actress, and it says here they’ve been on a few dates already and that “sparks are flying.” We could say something here about low post moves, but that would just be wrong.

That’s awesome–the Georgetown center (who’s 7′2) was dating a 5′2 girl for awhile last year. Just think about that–dating someone 2 feet taller than you. And Yao’s even taller than that!!
And the fun thing is that their kids would probably be short, like only 6′5 or something.
Nia Long is a YAH BABY! What does she see in Yao. Oh, that’s right….something about shoe size…
When did CJ start hacking…I mean writing for RandBall?
Nia Long was hot back in the Boyz N the Hood days. Do you think Yao has seen that one? Or was he only watching The Fresh Prince program because Robert Horry was the star of the show?
If they get married, she could be Nia Long Ming. Does that sound like a Bart Simpson joke to anyone else?
