ESPN is reporting that Michael Vick was not carrying marijuana or any other illegal substance in a secret compartment in his water bottle when he was busted at Miami International Airport last week. We’re not quite sure we believe that, but we’ll play along. What could the mystery “dark particulate” with a “pungent aroma closely associated with marijuana” have been?
*The colonel’s secret blend of herbs and spices used to make KFC chicken so delicious.
*Scented turf clippings from the Georgia Dome.
*A fine potpourri with which Vick planned to charm new head coach Bobby Petrino.
*Onterrio Smith’s prescription medication.

Something tells me that Michael Vick will be having a few words with his supplier about quality concerns, if you catch my drift.
What I find most amusing about this whole Vick trick is that, although I think Vick is sorta a p…k, a talented one to be sure, there probably isn’t any one of us reading or writing in that hasn’t inhaled a bit of mother nature in our life and times. So, this deal about Vick is just another cow and sheep tale …..much ado about zippo
Point is, the guy is an absolute IDIOT for trying to take the stuff in a 20 oz water bottle through security. Right now, that has to be the absolute worst place you could try and hide drugs to get though security.
I couldn’t even get a snow globe through over Christmas because it held more than 4 oz of liquid.

The guy IS a idiot. That much is true if it was dope, and what else could it be ? Cannabis smelling snot !! Not a pleasant thought, but what about Miami Vice, the flatofft airport guys. If it wasn’t dope, why wouldn’t they say what it was. The guy’s name is trashed anyway. If they are going to let him fly off, at least say why…. sounds suspicious to me. Falcon fans in miami ? don’t know
Am I the only one that is a little disappointed in the way the press handled this story? Not that it wasn’t stupid on Vick’s part to even try and keep the water bottle, but their was no innocent until proven guilty in the press coverage … and now he’s exonerated and has been made to look a fool by national media.
I agree but doesn’t anyone think the airport sleuths should at least say what they found to let Vick off the hook ? It’s an illegal substance or it’s not.
