The Internets: More math, Ocho Cinco wants out

math.jpgIf the money number crunching from earlier today wasn’t getting it done for you, Roughkat digs out some actual performance-based stuff. Conclusion: not enough good players around Al Jefferson. Numbers can tell you that? Hey math, why is the sky blue? That’s what we thought.

*Anything titled, “In defense of Isiah Thomas” is bound to bring forth a bevy of opinions.

*Speedminton!

*Chad Johnson: Trade me right [redacted] now. Then hang up.

*That Bill Simmons/Barack Obama podcast? Not gonna happen. ESPN squashed it. Heh.

If Moss went for a 2nd round pick, we should be able to get Ocho Cinco for a 3rd rounder or maybe even 4th. Think about it.

I’m not a big Wolves fan. Is that a picture of Al Jefferson? He looks a lot like Thomas Jefferson. I wonder if they are related.

S.U.: as per usual, of course I want to go, and I don’t even know what or where that is. However, the whole “not being able to” thing prevents it.

“Although McHale was a productive power forward, he did take a back seat to Larry Bird (and maybe Robert Parish).”

Say what you will about McHale’s horrible GM tenure and his franchise-dissolving skills. But a backseat to Parish? That’s the trouble with (some) bloggers these days. Did these guys actually watch the NBA in the early to late 80s?

And that crap about Kirk Snyder being the #2 guy? Wow. Old Chinese proverb: Give a man a brain, he will abuse it. Give a man a laptop, he’ll abuse it for the whole world to read.
