First, I saw the show with Ivan Idland’s colorful collection. Later, much later, I met the very colorful Ivan.

In addition to being a designer, he’s in the band ZibraZibra, which he described as “a gay version of the Beastie Boys. In this photo, he wore a Thomas Pink shirt and Prada pants. As for his choice of neckwear: “I’m trying to bring back the bolo,” he said. Next up, he’ll design for his band at Voltage.
