Spring is here. A major must-have? Statement jewelry. Target has enlisted Subversive designer Justin Giunta to fit the bill. Giunta was recently a finalist in the prestigious CFDA/Vogue fund. (3.1 Phillip Lim won.)
Anyway, the Target collection is playful and eclectic. Most of the pieces–earrings, bracelets, necklaces–are more subtle than these lucite hinge cuffs, but that’s why, in addition to the $14.99 price tag, I like them. They are bold and bright!
