VState/Atmosfere/Suit Up rolled out an actual red carpet for the weekend’s opening party for stylish attendees such as Joy Elliott. She wore a BCBG dress from Macy’s embellished with a Swarovski butterfly pin on her shoulder. She actually got the pin on sale at Walgreen’s. She finished her look with a Coach purse and boots from Kohl’s.
Joy lives in Rosemount and in her spare time runs a social network–TheSocialDiva.com.
