Another day, another new line at Target. This Sunday (online now), a limited edition collection of handbags from accessories designer Joy Gryson debuts in select stores.
Her resume includes Coach, Calvin Klein and Marc Jacobs.
Many of the Gryson for Target collection features the designer’s signature touches: distressed hardware, braided handles, and weaving. There are several (faux) patent bags, but I’m into this navy drawstring tote ($49.99). Just enough nautical, just in time for spring.

Kinda spendy for pretend leather. I’m reserving judgment until I can see them in person. The quality of the Target Loeffler Randall was really poor, but perhaps these will be better.

The look is refreshing. Hopefully it will be equally fresh so in person. Also, I will check the qualityl of the technicalities that you mentioned for durablity. Are there any less bulky, lighter weight yet stylish bags for those of us who can’t carry the larger bags?
Thanks, I love to read your finds!
