It’s a floral party at Express these days. British textile designer Celia Birtwell has a new collection there. It’s the first of four mini-collections.
There’s a blouse ($80) in six patterns and a dress ($128) in two patterns. I especially like the light-as-air silk dress when toughened up with a corset-esque belt.
You can find the collection at the Express stores at the Mall of America and Rosedale.
